Role Overview:We are seeking an energetic and driven Innovation Manager to lead our product innovation initiatives. This role will focus on developing and delivering a robust pipeline of new product development (NPD) and enhanced product development (EPD), from ideation to launch. You will identify consumer-driven opportunities, drive cross-functional projects, and manage commercial outcomes to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the EPD product pipeline, identifying at-risk SKUs and driving renovations.
  • Generate and develop strong NPD concepts, crafting compelling proposals for consumer evaluation.
  • Scope new trends and opportunities, ensuring alignment with consumer insights and market needs.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, acting as the project sponsor to drive execution and ensure timely delivery.
  • Conduct commercial analysis, manage P&Ls, and ensure concepts are commercially viable.
  • Develop product packaging, naming, and proposition to resonate with target audiences.
  • Build retailer-ready sell-in decks and support presentations to secure buy-in.
