We are potentially looking to support a very large London based organisation to find several Interim Workforce Planning Managers to support with a huge people change programme.
As part of a budget reduction initiative you will support different business areas in looking at both the workforce and resource planning and role out new structures in each of those areas.
To be considered you need to have extensive experience in leading on Workforce Planning on a large scale for a complex organisation - ideally in the public sector.
The likelihood as this will go on for at least 6 months and is being paid on a rate of 450-550 per day.
You will need to be on site in Central London a couple of days a week with the rest remotely.
