Handle tenancy documentation, pre- and end-of-tenancy tasks, and respond to queries promptly.Key Duties
  • Arrange and manage tenancy-related works.
  • Ensure documentation is accurate and compliant.
  • Respond to tenancy issues within 24 hours.
  • Assist with deposit releases and tenancy queries.
  • Support the Lettings and Property Management teams.
