We are looking for an experienced Inclusion Strategy Manager for a 12-month maternity cover to join a team of Inclusion Strategy Managers that lead and support our inclusion efforts across the company. This role will be based in London and will work closely with HR partners, business leaders, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and cross-functional teams to drive strategic, data-informed inclusion initiatives.As part of this role, you will use both available demographic data and creative data collection methods to inform, implement, and track inclusion strategies. You’ll work to ensure that our programs have a measurable impact, are aligned with business priorities, and contribute to a culture of belonging.Key areas of the role:
  • Data Collection & Analysis: Leverage available demographic data and come up with creative ways to gather and interpret data in markets where demographic data is limited due to local laws. Use this data to track the effectiveness of initiatives and provide actionable insights
  • Lead Inclusion Strategy Execution: Partner with HR and business leaders to implement inclusive programs that align with both global and local priorities. Focus on delivering high-impact initiatives that foster an inclusive culture
  • Determine & Track Success Metrics: Develop and track key success metrics for inclusion programs. Use data to measure the impact of initiatives on employee engagement, talent retention, and business outcomes. Regularly report on progress and make data-backed recommendations to improve programs
  • Connect Programs to Business Impact: Ensure that all inclusion initiatives are connected to business goals and measurable outcomes, such as improving team performance, innovation, and organisational effectiveness. Make sure that inclusion strategies drive tangible business results
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the delivery of key inclusion programs, such as leadership training, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and other culture-building initiatives. Ensure that these programs are delivered with excellence, on time, and with a focus on scalable, long-term impact
  • Leadership Coaching & Influence: Work closely with senior leaders to foster inclusive leadership behaviours. Provide coaching to help leaders integrate inclusive practices into their teams and decision-making processes
  • Co-Design and Facilitate I&D Conversations: Co-design and facilitate I&D workshops, offsites, and team conversations, blending globally standardised content with regionally tailored materials to create relevant, impactful learning experiences
  • Adapt Global Strategies Locally: Ensure our global inclusion strategies are adapted to meet the needs of diverse regional markets, balancing local considerations with our client's overarching inclusion goals
Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience in Inclusion: 5+ years of experience in driving inclusion strategy, working with HR and business leaders, and using data to measure and improve outcomes. Proven success in designing programs that deliver meaningful business impact
  • Data Fluency & Creativity: A strong ability to analyse large, intersectional data sets and derive actionable insights. Creative and resourceful in gathering data in markets where demographic information is limited or restricted due to legal and cultural factors.
  • Success Metrics & Business Impact: Experience developing and tracking success metrics for inclusion initiatives. Proven ability to connect inclusion programs to business objectives and measure their impact on team performance, innovation, and overall business success
  • Operational Focus: A track record of successfully executing inclusion initiatives with a focus on quality and measurable outcomes, including leadership training, ERGs, and other culture programs
  • Leadership Influence: Excellent coaching and influencing skills, with experience helping leaders embrace inclusive leadership practices and driving organisational change
