Monitoring & Reporting Manager

As the Monitoring and Reporting Manager, the post holder will be responsible for analysing the effectiveness of Delivery Engagement activity from a performance and risk management perspective and will report into the Delivery Engagement Strategy Lead. The post holder will:

Responsibilities

  • Monitor delivery engagement activity, measuring performance against defined KPIs set out in the Delivery Engagement Strategy.
  • Thoroughly analyse the effectiveness of Delivery Engagement from available data and draw intelligent insight and targeted recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage and report on risks associated with engagement
  • Oversee the tracking of progress against plans and transition milestones, ensuring appropriate processes are in place to flag issues, risks and concerns with the relevant stakeholders.
  • Devise, manage and update policies and procedures, ensuring the adoption of best practice methodology, rules, standards and thresholds.
  • Develop and implement strategies for improving performance and processes, ensuring stakeholders representation.
