Operational Compliance Officer

London - 4 days in the office per week

Finitas are working with a leading quantitative-driven electronic market-maker partnering with counterparties, exchanges and e-trading venues globally to provide liquidity in the Equity, FX, Fixed Income, Commodity, and Crypto markets. We are helping them search for an Operational Compliance Officer.

This is a new role to join the Compliance team to support the global Compliance processes of the firm with a focus on Operational Compliance. You will report into the Chief Compliance Officer, you will work closely with the Head of Operational Compliance and other members of the global Compliance team.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • 3+ years' experience in a Compliance or control function within an exchange operator, bank, regulatory authority, electronic trading firm or hedge fund.
  • Ability to explain regulatory requirements clearly and concisely in both written and verbal formats.
  • Experience in electronic trading compliance is desirable but not essential
