Operational Resilience Manager & Third Party Risk Manager - first line - £70,000-£75,000As the Operational Resilience & TPRM Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational resilience of Bathe nk. Your role will involve:

Leading the design, planning, and execution of resilience tests across the business.
Partnering with key business units to implement robust business continuity planning and incident management strategies.
Tracking and addressing vulnerabilities related to operational resilience and third-party risk.
Coordinating efforts across multiple capabilities including risk management, IT disaster recovery, service resilience, and cybersecurity
