Description

A Organisational Development Partner to:

- Support the Director of OD to establish and embed the OD function

- Support the organisation through a transformation, including culture, capability and performance

- Partner with the wider business on organisational design, career development, performance development, EVP and workforce planning to improve overall capability

- Lead end to end design and implementation of different initiatives, programmes and frameworks

- Support the Director of OD in carrying out a full audit and diagnostic phase to create a roadmap

- A key priority will be to create a change in the overall culture and alter behaviour

- Re-build the performance management framework

- Re-design people practices

- Develop a people development framework

- Create cultural development initiatives

- Lead projects on leadership development, performance management, learning, talent, recognition, engagement, culture, and talent development

- Develop a recognition framework

- Review talent development: designing and implementing initiatives

- Other responsibilities to be discussed

Profile

A Organisational Development Partner with:

- Previous experience leading OD strategy and initiatives

- Not for profit experience desirable

- Previous experience working with the executive team

- Previous experience of delivering behavioural and cultural change

- Strong understanding of OD methodologies and previous project management experience

Job Offer
