- To maintain a policy development, review, and monitoring function as part of the RBL’s Quality and Care Standards Team.
- To support the RBL Care Homes’ Quality Improvement Programme by producing high quality policy and procedure documentation, undertaking research and stakeholder engagement when necessary and most importantly helping to further improve our communication processes.
- Ensure that the policy and guidance documentation across our Care Homes is accessible, consistent and in line with current legislation.
