Property Acquisitions Manager

£30k basic - £40k with OTE and more (uncapped)

About the Role

Our client is a fast-growing commercial property agency catering to the film, TV, and events industry. We're looking for a Property Acquisitions Manager to join our team and focus on acquiring new properties, land, and opportunities - both short-term and long-term. You will be responsible for sourcing commercial properties, primarily warehouses, offices, and multi-sites, for high-margin filming and event requirements. You will also be responsible for populating the agency library with high-end residential stock and other unique properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source and secure new properties and land for film production use, including freehold, leasehold, development, and short-term licence opportunities.
  • Conduct extensive research and acquire leads for new film and TV studio sites.
  • Maintain and update our database with all active enquiries, contacts, and leads.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the Greater London and South East industrial and land markets and key contacts within these sectors.
  • Work closely with the Director to identify and secure suitable properties and land for film studio tenants, including Netflix, Amazon, Apple, and Disney.
  • Explore opportunities to expand your role into freehold and development opportunities for other areas of the business.
  • Build strong relationships with landlords, developers, asset managers, and agents to secure the best off-market properties and opportunities.

About You:

  • Some experience within an estate agents or property management is required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on building relationships.
  • Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent in property or media, along with at least 5 years of experience in industrial agency or land buying.
  • A genuine interest in property and the media industry.
  • A team player with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
