Description
- Ensure food safety and product quality across manufacturing sites.
- Promote a culture of quality assurance and continuous development.
- Lead and implement quality initiatives and audits across sites and suppliers.
- Quickly and effectively resolve quality issues.
- Develop standardized practices and processes in line with company, CSR, and food safety policies.
Profile
- Well versed with BRC/ Food Safety regulations
- Strong stake holder experience
- Experience in supplier audits
- Able to travel across the UK to conduct audits of suppliers
- Degree in Food Science/ Engineering
- Lead auditor
- Great relationship management skills, with strong influencing, facilitation and negotiation
