Our client, a leading global QSR brand, is seeking a Quality Manager with a salary of £40,000 to £50,000 per year.
The role requires at least 5 years of experience in quality assurance, food safety, and traceability.
The Quality Manager will oversee a team of 2 and support the Technical Manager in daily factory operations.
Key responsibilities include handling customer complaints, conducting internal and supplier audits, and working closely with the hygiene team.
The position offers a discretionary 20% bonus, food allowance, private health care, pension contribution, and 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays.

Description

You will report into the Technical Manager
Over see a team of 2
Handle customer Complaints
Internal auditing
Supplier auditing
Work closely with the hygiene team

Profile

BRC audit experience
Food Science Degree
Internal auditing experience
Supplier auditing experience
HACCP Level 3
Able to work on the manufacturing site 5 days a week
06:00 start and 17:00 finish typically
