My client is currently undertaking an exciting expansion of their Product team and are looking to bring in a Senior Product Manager focussed on the intersection of regulatory requirements and product functionality, ensuring good customer and charitable outcomes alongside regulatory compliance.

Asa Senior Product Manager for Regulation and Strategy you will:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for products that covers both current and future regulatory requirements. Over time, this should include a gap analysis, solution design, vendor selection, implementation, and ongoing monitoring.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, partner and client feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Produce detailed requirements for the Transformation programme relating to product regulatory activities and collaborate across multiple teams to ensure good outcomes for the business and its customers.
  • Participate in and support the Heads of Product to build world-class product practices, centred on autonomous, KPI-driven development across multi-functional teams.

The ideal Senior Product Manager will have at least 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the financial services or compliance sector, and possess a strong knowledge of the UK and international regulatory landscape. You will have a data-driven and analytical mindset, and the ability to use various tools and methods to measure and improve product performance and customer satisfaction.

Based from either the flagship Central London office or Kent Head Quarters you will benefit from:
