MERJE is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Change & Projects Manager for a leading insurance company. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the establishment of a robust compliance framework and deliver key regulatory change projects within the risk and compliance function.

The Role

The Regulatory Change & Projects Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the Head of Regulatory Change and Projects. This position offers competitive benefits, including 25 days holiday, private medical insurance, and an attractive pension scheme.

Key Responsibilities of the Regulatory Change & Projects Manager:

  • Support the delivery of regulatory change projects and maintain awareness of regulatory requirements
  • Provide input on Group Policies and Minimum Standards
  • Assist in M&A due diligence activities from a Risk & Compliance perspective
  • Produce timely and accurate reporting on key regulatory risks
  • Support the onboarding and integration of newly acquired regulated entities

Required knowledge and experience for the Regulatory Change & Projects Manager role:

  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks in the insurance sector
  • Experience in project management and delivery of regulatory change initiatives
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to analyse complex regulatory requirements and propose practical solutions
