Regulatory Policy consultant

Duration: 9 months

Location: Warwickshire or London (1 day a week in the office)

I am seeking a highly strategic Regulatory Policy consultant for 9 months. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in developing regulatory price control arrangements that will drive the revenues and service levels of core regulated network business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing expertise on price control
  • Completing proposals
  • Ensure there is a full investment plan completed and submitted
  • Develop robust and cohesive investment plans that align to clients strategy
  • All our future investments are consistently and appropriately underpinned by supporting regulatory funding frameworks.
  • Responsible for the oversight and production of core business plan narrative to justify and demonstrate the processes that underpin our submission and ensure that these are reflecting in our investment decision packs.
  • Engage the business, PMO and finance, on the programme for the final submission and future key milestones. Ensure that appropriate governance is managed on the plan.
  • Lead and coordinate our response following our submission through established regulatory processes

Skills/Background

  • Funding regulatory framework experience
