Risk & Compliance Analyst | Lloyd's Broker | London/WFH | £35 - 40,000

Finitas are delighted to be partnered with a growing Lloyd's broker in their search for a newly created Risk & Compliance Analyst. Reporting into the Head of Compliance, you will be on a 12 month rotation getting exposure across financial crime, monitoring, risk management and compliance advice. This is an unparallelled opportunity not to be missed!

You will be assisting with the day-to-day management of the governance, risk and compliance framework, supporting the risk & compliance team.

Experience required:

  • Minimum 1 years' experience in a Risk, Compliance, Control or Audit function.
  • Minimum 1 years' experience working in either insurance or Insurtech.
  • Experience of working to FCA regulatory requirements.
  • The ability to explain regulatory requirements clearly and concisely in both written and verbal formats.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to build relationships at varying levels of seniority.
  • Excellent organisational, presentation and decision-making skills.

Please note you will be required to work in their London office twice a week.
