Lead the regional partnerships investment strategy to deliver high-quality affordable housing. Collaborate with the in-house land team and wider Regional Partnerships team.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive growth through S106 and package project acquisitions.

Build strong partnerships with developers and house builders.

Ensure contracts support a positive customer experience.

Manage stakeholder relationships with local authorities and housing associations.

Ensure compliance with funding, regulatory, and internal policies.

Provide accurate reporting and governance.

Conduct thorough commercial appraisals.

Support and develop the regional partnerships team.

Experience & Skills:

Proficient in Pamwin financial modelling software and Excel.

Extensive experience in housing development.

Strong network with developers and local authorities.

High commercial acumen and risk management skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Degree level education, RICS or CIH preferred.
