The Role
In this key position, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end management of the company’s share plans, ensuring they are administered accurately and in line with both internal policies and external regulations. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, providing insights and advice to support decision-making at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the administration and operation of global share plans.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Act as the main point of contact for share plan queries from internal stakeholders.
- Produce detailed reports and analysis for senior leadership.
- Monitor changes in legislation and industry standards, adapting processes as needed.
