Known for their exceptional service and trusted reputation, they provide tailored mortgage and protection advice to employees within FTSE250 corporations.

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Strategic Partnerships Manager to join their team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented business development professional to take ownership of key partnerships, ensuring their continued success while identifying and onboarding new referral sources.

As Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will:

  • Take over existing partnerships, ensuring a seamless handover from the outgoing BDM.
  • Drive adoption of services across current relationships.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop growth-focused business plans.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create essential business development materials.
  • Overhaul processes and agreements to establish a more standardised approach.
  • Share valuable market insights internally and deliver regular performance updates.

What we’re looking for:

To succeed as a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you’ll need a proven track record in business development within the Mortgage and Protection industry. You’ll be a proactive and entrepreneurial individual with strong relationship-building skills and a results-oriented approach.

Key attributes:

  • A proven history of revenue growth within the mortgage and protection industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the mortgage, protection, wealth management, and estate agency sectors.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, adept at monitoring partnership performance and identifying key market opportunities
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Competent in using a wide range of IT tools and industry applications.
