Strategy and Analysis Service Coordinator
Based in Central London, hybrid working
Length: 18-month Fixed-Term Contract

The Service Coordinator will work to support delivery of key strategic and corporate objectives for the analytical service, strategy and performance delivery.
Key Responsibilities of the Strategy and Analysis Service Coordinator:
- Maintain the governance for the partnership of the “Urban Lab”
- Support delivery of the robust business plans and frameworks for the successful delivery of the Lab’s objectives
- Provision the delivery of project and programme management for all delivery activities
- Sustain the existing professional networks/ bodies by delivering a programme of engagement activity, along with project management and administration
- Support delivery of a programme of engagement, CPD, and knowledge sharing activity across the Council for the analytical profession,
- Provide project and programme support for cross-cutting activity around governance and production of guidance on best practice
- Implement effective project and programme support for the Council’s data publication and open data activity
- Produce development activity for the Council’s “Intelligence Hub” – its repository for analytical products and guidance - in collaboration with analytical Council stakeholders
- Deliver effective horizon scanning and information capture processes for S&I, under the guidance of the Service Manager and S&I senior team
Experience and knowledge required of the Strategy and Analysis Service Coordinator:
- Experience of working within a Service/Business Management role
- Background in a similar Senior Administration role with project support
- Previous working with senior stakeholders from variable specialisms
