This is a data-driven MarTech company that works with various companies to enhance their customer acquisition and engagement strategies

THE ROLE

As a Strategy Director, you can expect to be involved in the following:

  • Customer Journey planning, insight delivery, strategic thinking, roadmap planning, deep dive analytics and driving email/sms campaigns
  • Driving strategic relationships with the clients
  • Upsell and cross-sell within accounts

Your Skills And Experience

  • Previous CRM experience
  • A track record of customer strategy work with a CRM tool
  • Able to scope and define work while owning and developing client partnerships
