As the company enters an exciting growth phase, they are looking for motivated individuals to join their team and contribute to groundbreaking initiatives.Role Overview:As an Account Associate in the Sustainability and Compliance team, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing the company's Digital Product Passport initiatives. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the creation of compliant product catalogs through effective data management, in collaboration with various internal teams and retail clients.? Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliant Catalogue/Digital Product Passport Development:
    • Assist in creating and implementing compliant product catalogues with an emphasis on data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
    • Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure the solutions align with both client requirements and industry standards.
  • Client Collaboration:
    • Engage with retail clients to educate, gather feedback, and support the creation of compliant catalogues and Digital Product Passports.
  • Compliance Management:
    • Stay updated on relevant legislation and industry standards, ensuring that Digital Product Passports comply with all necessary legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner Programme Support:
    • Assist in managing and expanding the Partner Programme, including working with verification partners and supporting go-to-market strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with internal teams—such as engineering, design, and compliance—to effectively integrate digital product passport solutions into existing workflows and business objectives.
  • Data Management:
    • Manage data related to compliant catalogues/product passports, ensuring their accuracy and consistency to support compliance and sustainability goals.
  • Project Management:
    • Support project management activities related to the Digital Product Passport initiative, including planning, scheduling, and tracking milestones and deliverables.

?? Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Understanding of data management, compliance practices, and supply chain processes within the FMCG industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse teams and clients.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and platforms used in the FMCG industry.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

?? Bonus Points for:

  • Experience working in the retail or supply chain sectors, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a bonus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Sustainability, Information Technology, or a related field.
