A well-established Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager.
The role involves overseeing MEP Packages and Sub Contractors on Fit Out and Refurb Projects valued up to £70 million.
Projects will focus on Commercial Office Fit Out, High End Residential, Leisure, and Healthcare sectors in Central London.
Candidates should have a strong understanding of both Mechanical and Electrical Packages.
Experience as a Technical or Building Services Manager for a Main Contractor on similar projects is required.

Well established Main Contractor who specialise in Cat A&B Fit Out and Refurb projects are searching for an experienced Technical Services Manager to oversee MEP Packages & Sub Contractors on Fit out and Refurb Projects up to 70mill within Commercial Office Fit Out, High End Residential, Leisure and Healthcare projects in and around Central London.
