A main contractor who specialise in the commercial office fit out and refurbishment space. Capable of undertaking anything from a fast-track 2m commercial Cat A fit out to a major 60m+ heavy cut & carve.
The Role
Technical Services Manager - to manage multiple projects from tender/design stage through to commissioning. Coordinating M&E subcontractors to ensure work is delivered to the standard expected.
This will see you involved from tender stage, pitching for prospective work alongside Divisional Directors, Project Directors etc to offer insight and guidance on M&E related matters. You will identify scope gaps in the design, mitigating risk to ensure that the contractor is not exposed before working closely with the supply chain and overseeing installation through to commissioning.
The role will see you managing multiple projects concurrently.
Requirements:
- Construction related qualification or previous Mechanical / Electrical trade background
- Ideally looking for those with previous experience working for Main Contractor
- Willingness to be based in London 5 days a week
The Salary
In return, our client will be willing to offer a salary ranging from 75,000 - 95,000 + package (travel expenses, healthcare, pension, bonus)
