We are currently seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to join our clients dynamic team within the Design and Build market. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented professional to lead and oversee the technical aspects of their commercial fit out projects, ensuring the highest quality standards and smooth operational delivery.
Location: Multiple projects across the City of London

Technical Services Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all technical aspects of D&B fit out projects.
- Oversee the coordination of technical teams, ensuring the seamless delivery of fit out solutions within specified time lines and budgets.
- Work closely with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to define project specifications and deliver technical excellence.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
- Provide guidance and support to the team in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and resolving any technical issues.
- Contribute to business development, offering technical expertise during the tendering process and client presentations.
Key Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Technical Services Manager
- Experience within the fit-out market (Ideally Design and Build contracts)
- Mechanically Biased is desirable, however not essential
