The role involves overseeing MEP Packages and Sub Contractors on fit-out and refurbishment projects valued up to £70 million.
Candidates should have a strong understanding of Mechanical and Electrical Packages and prior experience as a Technical or Building Services Manager.
Experience in commercial office fit-out, high-end residential, leisure, and healthcare projects is essential.

Well established Main Contractor who specialise in Cat A&B Fit Out and Refurb projects are searching for an experienced Technical Services Manager to oversee MEP Packages & Sub Contractors on Fit out and Refurb Projects up to 70mill within Commercial Office Fit Out, High End Residential, Leisure and Healthcare projects in and around Central London.
