Job Title: Technical Service Manager Super Prime Residential
Location: Mayfair, Belgravia, Park Lane (Central London)
Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 + performance bonus + benefits
We are working with a leading super prime main contractor in Central London to source an experiencedTechnical Service Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver luxury residential projects in some of Londons most prestigious areas, includingMayfair, Park Lane, andBelgravia.
As aTechnical Service Manager, you will oversee the seamless design, installation, and delivery of complex technical systems on high-value luxury residential developments. FromMEP systemstosmart home automation, youll ensure every technical detail meets the exacting standards expected in the super prime sector.
- Manage all aspects oftechnical services, including MEP, HVAC, smart home systems, and fire protection.
- Collaborate with clients, project teams, and subcontractors to ensure seamless delivery and coordination.
- Review technical designs, specifications, and subcontractor packages to guarantee flawless execution.
- Drive subcontractor performance, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and cost control.
- Resolve technical challenges efficiently while maintaining luxury standards.
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of bespoke systems to meet client expectations.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and industry standards.
- Proven experience as aTechnical Service Manageror similar role within luxury residential or super prime projects.
- Strong technical expertise inMEP systems, HVAC, smart technology, and bespoke finishes.
- A track record of managing subcontractors and driving quality and performance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and project management tools.
- A client-focused approach with the ability to exceed expectations on high-value projects.
