Salary: 75,000 - 95,000 + travel expenses + package

Previous Experience:
Candidates should have extensive experience in M&E management within major construction projects, particularly in high-value, mixed-use developments. The ideal applicant will be able to manage complex M&E systems and ensure timely, quality delivery on large-scale projects. Proven leadership and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders are essential.
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in Technical Services Management roles on projects valued 50m+.
- Expertise in M&E design, installation, and commissioning.
- Ability to manage project teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Proven track record in delivering high-quality, sustainable buildings.
