Position Overview

As VP of Compliance, you will provide comprehensive guidance, monitor regulatory changes, and develop strategies to mitigate compliance risks across the group's global operations, safeguarding their reputation and ensuring alignment with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Steer compliance by providing comprehensive guidance and monitoring legislation

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate potential compliance risks

  • Liaise with Head of Compliance and global teams

  • Engage with regulatory authorities and industry standards organisations

  • Develop strategies for monitoring compliance, audits, and action plans

Requirements

  • University degree in finance, law, risk management, or related field

  • 15+ years of experience in a compliance role

  • Deep understanding of corporate governance, AML, and regulatory frameworks

  • Experience dealing with regulatory bodies

  • Solid grasp of legal requirements and controls

  • Excellent English communication skills
