We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our team and work across schools in the Camden Borough. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing classes in the absence of regular teaching staff, ensuring students remain on task and engaged with their lessons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes during teacher absence and ensure students remain engaged with set tasks.
- Manage classroom behaviour, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
- Support students in their learning and assist with any queries they may have.
- Provide feedback to teachers on student progress, behaviour, and any challenges encountered.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of classroom resources.
