As a Scrub Practitioner, you'll be accountable for:
- Supporting the management and organisation of care within the operating department.
- Delivering the highest standards of care and services.
- Performing scrub duties according to policies and procedures.
- Undertaking mandatory surgical checks before, during, and after procedures.
- Preparing and coordinating surgical equipment, drugs, and consumables.
- Acting in the circulating role and promoting a patient-focused approach to care.
