Job purpose, tasks and responsibilities

As our Sponsorship Relationship Co-ordinator, you'll be the driving force behind ensuring our sponsors receive exceptional value and see their objectives realised. Your main focus will be to deliver outstanding client satisfaction, build strong & lasting relationships with our sponsors, and meticulously complete every aspect of their contracts.

This role is all about going above and beyond to exceed expectations and make sure every sponsor feels valued and supported.

You will be responsible for:

  • Sponsor Relationship Management: Act as the main contact for sponsors, ensuring excellent service, understanding their needs, and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Sponsorship Deliverables: Coordinate the delivery of sponsor commitments, ensuring all branding, signage, and promotional activities are completed time and to specifications.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide sponsors with regular updates and post-event reports detailing the fulfilment of their agreements.
  • Onsite: Lead all aspects of on-site sponsor activations, ensuring smooth execution in collaboration with the event team.
  • Materials: Keep sponsor logos and materials updated across all platforms within a week of contract signing.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams, maintaining clear communication to deliver a seamless sponsor experience.
  • Administrative Duties: Handle records, budgets, and communications related to sponsor fulfilment.

To be successful in this role, you must have/ be:

  • A solid background in project management and/or B2B event coordination, with a track record of successful delivery.
  • An excellent eye for detail.
  • An exceptional communicator, both in writing and speaking, with the ability to convey ideas persuasively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing priorities to meet tight deadlines
  • A pro-active approach, showing initiative and a sense of ownership in your work.
  • A strong process-driven mindset.
  • Have experience with the full Microsoft Office suite.

To be successful in this role, it would be great if you have/ are:

  • Knowledge and experience of working within the UK healthcare sector.
  • Have an understanding of Marketo (or similar), Salesforce (or similar).
