The successful candidate will join a small, agile, business-focused team to help scale media programs in the North and Central EMEA,
We operate in a fast-paced environment and require someone with initiative, who can jump right in, taking responsibility for their Media campaign programmes a success
Assist in the development and execution of media plans across North and Central EMEA
regions.
Collaborate with the OU Media Strategy Lead to align regional media strategies with
global campaign objectives.
Coordinate with the channels team to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and updates.
Manage the collection, organisation, and distribution of media assets for regional
campaigns.
Ensure all campaign materials adhere to channel guidelines and are optimised for
respective channels.
Keep all relevant parties informed of campaign updates, changes, and progress.
Monitor the progress of media campaigns, ensuring they are executed on time and within budget.
Assist in tracking and managing campaign budgets across the North and Central EMEA
regions.
Handle tickets related to paid media channels, ensuring all requests for campaign
changes and updates are processed efficiently.
Prioritise and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
Support the Media Strategy Manager with ad hoc projects and requests related to
campaign planning and execution.
Provide quick and effective solutions to any unforeseen challenges that may arise during
campaign execution.
- Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in media planning, campaign management, or a related field, preferably in a regional or global context.
Strong understanding of media channels, campaign planning, and asset management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills and experience in budget management and reporting.
