Overview:

A one-off opportunity for a Senior Paid Media Manager to lead the Paid Media team at an events and festival accelerator agency focused on connecting audiences and driving ticket sales for some of the most well-loved music events and international brands. The agency is a forward-thinking creative-first performance marketing and events agency with clients across the world.

Role:

Reporting directly to the Head of Paid Media, we are seeking a passionate and highly experienced professional with at least 5 years of experience in paid media buying, strategy, analysis, and budget management. You will be responsible for creating and delivering world-class paid media campaigns to help our client base and internal festivals & events grow and exceed their ticket sales targets.

You will manage a Paid Media Executive and work closely with Festival Marketing Managers and Designers. Your role includes strategy, implementation, optimisation, reporting, and managing client relationships on each paid media campaign. You will also work across a mixture of external clients and internal projects with the in-house team.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

  • Implement and manage paid social media advertising and PPC campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other platforms like TikTok, Snapchat, and Twitter as needed.
  • Efficiently manage campaign budgets to meet KPIs and ensure a high Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve channel effectiveness, including planning, measurement, and analysis.
  • Work collaboratively with the creative, social, and strategy teams to produce innovative campaigns.

Client Relations:

  • Provide weekly reports for clients using the agency’s framework to ensure accurate attribution and performance analysis.
  • Offer weekly recommendations for campaign improvements.
  • Participate in weekly client calls to discuss strategy, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and platform representatives.

Leadership:

  • Work with the new business team to develop proposals using the agency's existing framework.
  • Lead the paid media side of the business, driving innovation and efficiency in paid media.
  • Manage and develop the Paid Media Executive, with the potential to expand the team as targets are met.
  • Represent the agency at industry events and contribute to thought leadership by presenting on paid media strategy.
  • Monitor competitors to stay informed of industry trends and strategies.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in paid media buying, strategy, and budget management.
  • Proven success in running paid media campaigns, ideally within the music, events, or entertainment sectors.
  • Expertise in managing large-scale paid media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other platforms.
  • Proficiency in third-party data tools such as Supermetrics for Google Sheets or Data Studio.
  • Experience managing campaign budgets, including large client spend (up to six figures per month).
  • Strong understanding of campaign targeting, remarketing, and cross-channel attribution.
  • Proven client-facing experience, including client presentations and managing client expectations.
  • Experience managing a team member.

Location: Hybrid, London, based with 2-3 days in office.

Salary: Up to £45000 per annum
