THE COMPANY
This end-to-end marketing agency has a global presence and is looking to build out their UK function. They work with some major clients on multi-year retainers and need someone to challenge the UK's status quo regarding how they use analytics and data.
THE ROLE
You'll be a dynamic, results-driven professional to spearhead our fan engagement and commercial strategy. This role is all about understanding the customers - how they interact, what channels they engage with, their spending habits, and how these behaviours evolve over time.
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE
- Strong SQL and social platform experience (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube
- Web/App experience - Google Analytics ideal
- Experience building bespoke analytics projects e.g. customer segmentation, LTV, churn and pricing
- Experience merging online and offline data into dashboards for bespoke analytics projects
