We are seeking a Senior High Value Executive for our Marketing & Agency department, who is capable of driving high-value initiatives and delivering exceptional results.

Description

  • Develop targeted proposals for 5- and 6-figure opportunities to align with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with the High Value Lead to create comprehensive plans for account management and new business within your portfolio.
  • Deliver exceptional relationship management, ensuring high-value supporters feel appreciated and informed through bespoke reports and updates.
  • Work with the External Affairs team to craft compelling multi-year support cases and test new approaches, such as multi-agency bids and new trusts.
  • Identify and manage high-value opportunities creatively and proactively, coordinating with colleagues across the organisation, including the SLT and Income & Engagement Committee.
  • Assist the High Value Lead with large institutional bids.
  • Collaborate closely with service delivery and support teams to gain detailed knowledge of the organisation's activities, outcomes, and impact, translating this into compelling proposals.
  • Support the development of new approaches and strategies in collaboration with the wider team.

Profile

  • Proven ability to achieve high-level income targets, including numerous 5-figure asks and repeat funding from various donors and funders.
  • Dynamic and results-focused; thrives on proactively spotting opportunities and seeing them through.
  • Demonstrable track record of securing funding from trusts, foundations, and statutory and institutional funders, working towards an individual annual income target of approximately £400k or above.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; capable of building warm, genuine, and trusting relationships both internally and externally.
  • Excellent knowledge of the high-value funder landscape.
  • Clear communicator and confident networker; highly articulate and able to tailor tone and style to different audiences.
  • Enjoys working with pace and urgency while maintaining quality and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Ability to monitor pipeline, gauge success rates, and address funding gaps in a timely manner.
