Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the complete sales cycle and achieve revenue targets.
  • Build a strong pipeline of global opportunities and close high-value deals.
  • Negotiate complex contracts and establish long-term partnerships.
  • Refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and identify target segments.
  • Analyse market trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Share insights with leadership to guide decision-making.
  • Build relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders globally.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Provide expertise on 4G/5G solutions and eSIM technology.
  • Offer tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies.
  • Mentor junior sales team members and refine sales processes.
  • Track key sales metrics and use data to improve strategies.
  • Report on performance, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of sales experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in exceeding targets and closing complex deals.
  • Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Bonus: Knowledge of eSIM, telecom, or mobile connectivity solutions.
