About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Class Teacher to join us at Tradewind Recruitment. This is a full-time role starting in January 2025. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of teaching experience and a proven track record of fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all students.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support student development.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the wider school community.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a primary school setting.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- No Early Career Teachers (ECTs) for this role.
