Year 5 Teacher - Welcoming School in Havering

We're looking for a Year 5 teacher from January 2025 on a permanent basis. Open to a strong ECT however experience would be preferred.

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the learning needs of Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 students, incorporating innovative teaching methods and resources to enhance understanding and participation.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that focuses on respect, curiosity, and a passion for learning, while managing classroom behaviour effectively.
  • Ensure resources, equipment, and materials will be available in such a way that they are properly cared for, easily accessible and will encourage the children to become more responsible for their own learning.
