ECT Primary Class Teacher - Tower Hamlets

An inclusive and supportive Primary School in the Borough of Tower Hamlets is seeking a passionate ECT Primary Class Teacher to join their team from September 2025. You would be employed directly through the school on a full-time, permanent basis.

This 2-form-entry Primary School are renowned for the support given to ECTs (NQTs) through experienced mentorship, 1:1 coaching and constant CPD opportunities! Lots of experienced members of staff started as ECTs here and have gone from strength to strength.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Must have UK QTS
Strong understanding of the Primary curriculum and teaching standards
Must show a passion and creative flare towards educating, and working with, children
'Good' or 'Outstanding' lesson observations needed
