About Us:
We are working with a popular primary school in the Borough of Lewisham. They place children at the heart of everything they do. They are looking for a strong EYFS Teacher to join their team for a January 2025 start. The school can offer a welcoming and enthusiastic environment with a talented and dedicated staff team. Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to work successfully as part of a team
- Raise standards for all pupils, including underachieving pupils
- Promote positive behaviour conducive to learning, focused on raising standards
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback accordingly.
- Contribute to the wider initiatives within the school.
- Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: QTS or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience teaching in Early Years
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Early Years Framework
- Desirable: At least 1 years’ experience in a UK based classroom
