Sonic Summary

We are looking for a passionate EYFS Practitioner with a CACHE Level 3 qualification to join a primary school in Islington from May to July 2025.
The role involves supporting teaching and learning in the Early Years Foundation Stage, planning child-led activities, and conducting observations and assessments.
Candidates must have prior experience in an EYFS setting within a UK primary school and a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
An up-to-date Enhanced DBS is required, along with the availability to work full-time during the specified period.

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced EYFS Practitioner to join a vibrant and inclusive primary school in Islington from May through to the end of the academic year in July 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the teaching and learning in the Early Years Foundation Stage (Nursery or Reception)
Assist with planning and implementing engaging, child-led activities in line with the EYFS framework
Carry out observations and assessments to support children's development
Work closely with the class teacher and wider EYFS team to ensure a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment
Communicate effectively with children, staff and parents

Requirements:

CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education or equivalent qualification (essential)
Prior experience working in an EYFS setting within a UK primary school
A strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum
Up-to-date Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
Availability to work full-time from May to July 2025
