Key Responsibilities
Lead and Design Sessions: Plan and deliver engaging, nature-based learning experiences that encourage curiosity and resilience.
Collaborate: Work closely with class teachers and senior leadership to integrate outdoor learning into the curriculum.
Resource Management: Set up, maintain, and organize all outdoor resources, ensuring safety and readiness for each session.
Risk Assessment: Conduct and update risk assessments, ensuring all activities are safe and well-prepared.
Ideal Candidate
Level 3 Forest School certification (or equivalent)
Minimum 1 year of experience leading Forest School sessions
Excellent communication and organizational skills
