Humanities Teacher
An outstanding school based in Ealing are looking for a Humanities Teacher.
School are looking for someone to start on a long term contract until at least July 2025.
This position is full time but school are open to part time applicants. Working hours are from 8:30am to 3:30pm.
Salary will match inner London MPS/UPS.
School has available parking spaces.
Humanities Teacher - Ealing
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Humanities Teacher to provide expert instruction across a range of Humanities subjects, utilizing a strong understanding of history, geography, and other core disciplines to engage and challenge students.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver expert instruction in Humanities, helping students explore key concepts, events, and real-world applications that deepen their understanding of the world around them.

Support students' academic development by fostering their critical thinking, analytical, and research skills through diverse topics, discussions, and written assignments.

Encourage lifelong learning by inspiring students to connect their learning with real-world issues and develop a curiosity about different cultures, societies, and histories.

Create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment where students feel supported and motivated to reach their full potential, both academically and personally.

Qualifications and Person Specification:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- A relevant degree
- Excellent subject knowledge with the ability to inspire and motivate students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Approachable and encouraging
