Reception Teacher - Independent School, Notting Hill (Maternity Cover)Start Date: April 2025 (Post-Easter) | Fixed-Term until End of Summer Term

We are seeking an enthusiastic and nurturing Reception Teacher to join our highly-regarded independent school in the heart of Notting Hill. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a warm, supportive environment, leading one of two Reception classes in our well-established two-form entry setting.

The Role:
  • Full-time Reception Class Teacher position
  • Commencing April 2025 (after Easter holidays), continuing until the end of the Summer Term
  • Working alongside a parallel Reception teacher and supported by experienced Teaching Assistants
  • Responsible for delivering engaging, child-centred learning based on the EYFS framework
  • Opportunity to immerse yourself in school life, including events and trips
What We're Looking For:
  • A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with experience in Early Years
  • A warm, creative, and dedicated approach to teaching
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • A commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive classroom environment
  • Previous experience in independent schools or a similar setting is desirable but not essential
