The school is committed to developing happy, confident, and successful learners, and is now seeking a full-time Intervention Teacher to join their ambitious and supportive team this September.

The school welcomes applications from both ECTs and experienced teachers who are committed to closing learning gaps and making a real impact on pupil progress.

As an Intervention Teacher you will be required to:

  • Deliver targeted support sessions in English and Maths across Key Stages 1 and 2
  • Work with small groups and individual pupils to accelerate progress
  • Use assessment data to identify and address specific learning gaps
  • Collaborate with class teachers, SENDCO and support staff to ensure effective provision
  • Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment where all pupils feel supported

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum across primary key stages
  • A flexible, solution-focused teaching style with the ability to adapt to pupil needs
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • UK recognised Teaching Qualification with QTS
  • An Enhanced DBS Certificate on the Update Service
  • The right to work in the UK
