Key Stage 1 Teacher - Fixed Term Maternity Cover - Inner London Primary School - ASAP 2025

An OUTSTANDING Primary School in the Inner London borough of Islington are looking to recruit an experienced Key Stage 1 Teacher for a full-time, fixed term maternity cover contract for 2025.

The ideal candidate for this Key Stage 1 Class Teacher opportunity will be a practitioner who can provide a stimulating class environment, plan effective lessons that generate curiosity, respond to pupils’ learning, provide appropriate resources and teach successfully in all areas of the Primary Curriculum.

Applicants MUST be a qualified Teacher and hold UK QTS!

The successful candidate for this Key Stage 1 Teacher position will:

• Hold QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant undergraduate degree

• Have a minimum of one year's teaching experience

• Have proven success in raising achievement

• Have a proven ability to identify and implement strategies to raise standards of Teaching and Learning

• Be committed to continually improving classroom practice and raising attainment

• Manage behaviour effectively to create a positive, calm and purposeful learning environment
