Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the development of the school.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers to support pupil learning and development.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching practice.
About You:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in KS1/2.
- A strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to inclusive education and the ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
- Enthusiasm, creativity, and a passion for teaching and learning.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to the wider school community.
