Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the development of the school.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers to support pupil learning and development.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching practice.

About You:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in KS1/2.
  • A strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to inclusive education and the ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
  • Enthusiasm, creativity, and a passion for teaching and learning.
