Key Responsibilities:

Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons for Key Stage 1 (KS1) students, ensuring they meet their individual learning needs.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel supported, valued, and encouraged to succeed.
Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date records of student progress, providing regular feedback to both students and parents.
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other staff members to ensure a high standard of education for all students.
Engage in continuous professional development to enhance your teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices.
Contribute to the school community and support extracurricular activities where possible.

Ideal Candidate:

Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
A strong passion for teaching and a commitment to supporting children’s development, both academically and personally.
A positive, enthusiastic approach to teaching with a student-centered mindset.
Ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
