Are you an enthusiastic and passionate KS1 Primary Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity to begin your teaching career at a lovely school in West London?

We are seeking KS1 Primary Teacher for a school who are currently looking for a Year 3 Teacher position. The school we're working on behalf of, are on the hunt for a dedicated Early Career Teacher to join their welcoming and supportive team at a thriving two - form entry primary school.

KS1 Primary TeacherRole Overview:

As an KS1 Primary Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering engaging and enriching learning experiences for their learners. Working closely with experienced colleagues, you will have the opportunity to develop your teaching skills and gain valuable experience in a supportive environment. You will be responsible for planning and delivering exciting lessons, building positive relationships with pupils and parents, and creating a stimulating learning environment where children feel safe and supported.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver differentiated lessons that are tailored to meet the needs of pupils in Year 2.
  • Use a range of different teaching strategies and resources to support pupils' learning and development, including learning through play, phonics, and early numeracy skills.
  • Assess pupil progress and provide targeted support and intervention where necessary to ensure all pupils are developing.
  • Using your KS1 Primary Teacher time out of class to prepare, plan and assess student work as well as being involved in the wider school community
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching and learning in the school.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS status as an KS1 Primary Teacher.
  • Passion for working with young children and a commitment to providing high-quality education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute positively to the wider school community.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
